Cathryn & I went to the Christmas Parade here in town. We haven't been to it since right before Cathryn was born. We found a good spot toward the end of the parade route. We just sat on the curb. That's why all the pictures are so low to the ground. We saw a few people from the ward, I think 4 marching bands, lots of dance and baton studio kids, veterans, cheerleaders, you name it. The only thing missing was the big balloons. :o) The 4-H had a 'real' Nativity float. They had some livestock that was supposed to be next to the float, but the donkey would not cooperate. It was kind of funny seeing this lady try to pull the donkey along to get it close enough to load onto the trailer so it could keep up. We got candy thrown at us and waved at almost everyone. Cathryn had a really good time. It was close enough that we could just walk down there and back. It was capped off with Santa and Mrs. Claus and some helpers being escorted by motorcycle cops. I took a TON of pictures so Blake could see most of what we saw, but here are just a few.
(The above said donkey.)
