Our little James Clyde turned the big 1 on the 18th. Before we left my parents' house, James opened his present from Grammy & Papa. He loves the books and his birthday outfit was very appropriate, I think. It had lizards all over it and since James ALWAYS has his tongue out . . . it suits him. We went to Daleville/Ft. Rucker, AL Saturday morning to spend James' birthday with him. We went to the splash pad and pool on base, after we went to the Aviation museum. We were ALL worn out. We managed to drive around for a little bit while the kids slept. When dinner time hit, we went to Po' Folks for dinner. We had ordered a Little People cake from the commissary bakery. James opened his presents from us, Blake, & Cathryn. He got a little Tonka race track, bath toys, and a Pooh Bear book that has buttons. James liked the icing on the cake better than the cake. That's all he ate, as you can see in the last collage. He looked like he was turning into the Hulk. So, our little baby is 1 now. And walking and talking a little more. Time flies so fast.
